Investing in Staff Development to Promote CCBHC Success
Since the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, organizations and states are well-positioned from the CCBHC model of care, with improved access to funding. The CCBHC model is instrumental in improving care quality and staff retention. However, achieving and maintaining success as a CCBHC is not a simple task, it requires full participation from you staff, board members, and collaborating organizations. One core component of CCBHC success is using training to prepare your staff to deliver a variety of services to a diverse patient population.
