Organizational Change Management Series: Session 1: Leading Transformation Change as a CCBHC

The Organizational Change Management Series will explore and showcase the components to effective change management from current CCBHCs and subject matter experts highlighting successful practical applications for developing and maintaining transformative organizational changes. The series include learning sessions from experts and experienced CCBHCs, consultation and peer-to-peer sharing.

The first topic of the series, “Leading Transformation Change as a CCBHC” will examine the components needed to support adoption of transformative leadership and change management practices.
