Organizational Change Management Series: Session 2: The Role and Opportunity of Continuous Quality Improvement

The Organizational Change Management Series will explore and showcase the components to effective change management from current CCBHCs and subject matter experts highlighting successful practical applications for developing and maintaining transformative organizational changes. The series include learning sessions from experts and experienced CCBHCs, consultation and peer-to-peer sharing.

The second topic of the series, “The Role and Opportunity of Continuous Quality Improvement” will examine the components needed to support development and implementation of CQI plans and processes within the CCBHC-E model.
