Andrew C. Philip, PhD is a clinical health psychologist and the Senior Director of Clinical & Population Health at the Primary Care Development Corporation in New York City. At PCDC, Dr. Philip leads a robust team of subject matter experts and implementation specialists in the fields of clinical and population-based prevention and treatment and a portfolio enhancing primary care delivery in more than 37 states. Dr. Philip is the immediate past Deputy Director of the SAMHSA-HRSA Center for Integrated Health Solutions, a certified primary care behavioral health trainer, and has offered presentations, webinars and workshops on integrated primary and behavioral health and specialty topics such as diabetes, pain, and LGBTQ health across the country reaching thousands of health care professionals. His experience includes integrating behavioral change principles within numerous types of medical settings and emphasizing improved care for diverse and underserved populations. Dr. Philip assists in driving initiatives aimed at improving patient care and promoting health innovation, as well as speaking nationally, teaching, writing, and conducting integrated care research. He is a Senior Fellow with the Partnership for Public Service in Washington, DC.
