Jeff Richardson

Jeff Richardson, MSW, MBA, is the vice president and chief operating officer for Sheppard Pratt Health Systems community-based behavioral health programs serving over 50,000 people across Maryland. In addition to his new role at Sheppard Pratt, Richardson has served as the executive director of Mosaic Community Services for 23 years and brings over 30 years of experience in behavioral health. Richardson holds an MSW from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Loyola University. He serves on multiple nonprofits’ boards, state task forces and academic positions, including past board chair for the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and president of the board of Mental Health Association of Maryland.
