Linda McKinnon

Linda McKinnon, MA, has served as the president and chief executive officer of Central Florida Behavioral Health Network (CFBHN) since 2003. Under her direction the Network has grown from $4 million in annual revenues to $225 million annual revenues. CFBHN serves as the managing entity for the Florida Department of Children and Families in 14 counties of the west coast of Florida. The Network includes mental health and substance abuse treatment providers and community coalitions. Tasked with assuring a safety net of services are of the highest quality and address both community and individual needs, the Network serves over 100,000 uninsured individuals a year in treatment and over a million in prevention services. McKinnon serves on the boards of the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, Tampa Bay Thrives, treasurer of the Florida Association of Managing Entities and the executive board of the Tampa Bay Regional Domestic Security Task Force Health and Medical Coalition. McKinnon is a licensed mental health counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist, with a master’s degree from the University of South Florida and a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
