Sola King MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 18 years of experience as an Executive HR practitioner with a broad generalist background. She is responsible for the human capital vision and strategy by partnering with leadership to build and successfully drive key HR initiatives to influence business outcomes. This includes oversight for both the tactical and strategic functional areas such as Talent Acquisition and Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Organizational Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Legal Compliance, Succession Planning, Change management, Leadership Coaching and Development and oversight for HRIS and HR related data analysis and benchmarking.
Prior to joining the National Council, King served as the HR Executive in both the non-profit and private sectors. She was the Vice President, Human Resources with Financial Resources Federal Credit Union, and Vice President and Chief Human Capital Officer with the Universal Service Administrative Company. King is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
