Victoria Pauline, MPH
Project Manager, Center of Excellence for Integrated Health Solutions,
Victoria Pauline is a Project Coordinator for the Center of Excellence for Integrated health Solutions. She focuses closely on the administrative functions of the COE-IHS portfolio including routing technical assistance requests from community-based mental health and addiction provider organizations, scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating & facilitating online events, assisting with communications, and marketing materials, and tracking participation metrics. Victoria has worked in non-profit, and academia settings, and has experience coordinating grant-funded global health interventions focused on improving mental health outcomes for adolescents in Zimbabwe and Uganda. She has contributed to qualitative and quantitate data analysis, conducted process evaluation, and served as a community engagement liaison leveraging her communication skills to work closely with students, adolescents, and families. Her past experiences influenced her interest in maternal and child health and analyzing the need to mitigate stigma surrounding mental health & substance use challenges. She is passionate about mental health and the growing need for integrated care across populations, especially among underserved communities of color, children, adolescents, and mothers.
Victoria recently graduated with a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Community Health degree, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, which focused heavily on program planning, implementation, and evaluation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Health, and coursework experience in Psychology and Nutrition.
