The National Council is pleased to release the 2011 Behavioral Health Salary Survey. More than 850 mental health and addictions treatment organizations completed the survey, providing important information about the behavioral health workforce at a time when healthcare delivery structures are rapidly evolving, behavioral health job responsibilities are becoming more complex, and the competition for high performing employees is intensifying. The Salary Survey offers timely information upon which to plan and act.
