This session was led by Andrea Boxill, alcohol and drug services administrator at the Columbus Public Health Department, and Atiim Boykin, forensic intensive case manager at the Maine Office of Behavioral Health. Boxill and Boykin shared guidance on connecting with underserved and/or hard-to-reach communities and engaged grantees in direct problem-solving technical assistance.
