Primary Care Development Corporation Resources

CoE-IHS partner organization and sub-recipient, Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC), developed four custom tip sheets, each tied to webinar content for the Operationalizing Integration SAMHSA Webinar Series. These two-page printable and downloadable tip sheets serve as integrated care educational resources and feature the key takeaways from each webinar suggesting tips and action-oriented takeaways for behavioral and primary care integration.

Additionally, PCDC developed a two-part illustrated case studies series: 1) Chronic Diseases and Trauma, and 2) Sexual History as a Vital Sign. These graphic narratives are an educational resource on integrated care offered to the public broadly, but more closely target primary care, mental health and substance use recovery providers. The illustrated tools serve as an alternative learning pathway for advancing skills on key components of integrated care.
