The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation’s Youth Substance Use Prevention and Early Intervention Strategic Initiative: 2017 Evaluation Report
This evaluation report details the progress made towards reaching the Hilton Foundation’s overarching goals for the Youth Substance Use Prevention and Early Intervention Strategic Initiative, highlights activities and key learnings, and outlines recommendations to further advance the Initiative as it continues to grow and evolve. The report offers seven actionable recommendations to assist the Foundation, providers, and policy-makers in implementing a comprehensive approach to preventing youth substance abuse use and generating more sustainable impact. Recommendations from the second annual evaluation report are also included in this report, demonstrating the evolution of the Initiative. The report also provides a broad overview of the Initiative as well as background about the SBIRT framework.
