Teresa Halliday’s (she/her/hers) experience spans community-based practice, academic research and nationally focused settings, developing and implementing projects that increase access to effective health care, reduce health disparities and empower providers and communities. Her broad portfolio has included youth mental health and substance use initiatives, biopsychosocial factors on addiction, HIV prevention, health literacy and workforce issues. Halliday believes in the power of data and diverse perspectives to inform impactful action.
