In this Social Justice Leadership Academy (SJLA) Learning Series event, we will look at ways that staff can collect, organize and analyze data to create a culture of continuous improvement. Through the lens of program improvement, we discuss what it means to be effectively data-informed, tips for creating more effective and sustainable dashboards and how to use those dashboards to foster a culture of data-informed decision making within your organization.
This webinar is designed to help staff who are not typically in data analyst roles understand how they can incorporate data into their standard operations. We recommend using skills discussed in this webinar in conjunction with tools and principles outlined in previous SJLA Learning Series events, such as the Self-Modification of Anti-Racism Tool (SMART) presented in the July 2022 Implementing Data-informed Social Justice Change Within Organizations event or the October and November 2022 Health Equity Workshop Series events.
This presentation will help you:
- Understand what it means to create a culture of data-informed continuous improvement.
- Examine the importance of, and ways to present data with context.
- Identify tips and tricks for creating and implementing effective dashboards.
