The Excellence in Mental Health and Addiction Treatment Act of 2021 was introduced today in the Senate. If passed, the bipartisan legislation would allow every state to join the innovative Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Medicaid demonstration and authorize investments in the model for current and prospective CCBHCs.
