Jeff Carr is the Sr. Program Director for Education and Outreach Services through the Department of Psychiatry at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Education and Outreach Services provides free learning opportunities to schools, families and community-based providers associated with Campus Alliance for Telehealth Resources (CATR): Supported by Texas Child Health Access Though Telemedicine (TCHATT), CPAN (Child Psychiatry Access Network for pediatric providers), PeriPAN (Perinatal Psychiatry Access Network for perinatal and family medicine providers) and related projects. He holds a Masters in Counseling from Lubbock Christian University and is completing a PhD in Counseling and Psychological Studies with a concentration in Trauma and Crisis Counseling. He has been working with adult, child and adolescent behavioral health and education for nearly 20 years.
